Acceptable use

    Deliverability is a team effort. At Dhesend, our success as an Email Service Provider (ESP) depends on the behavior of all our senders. To ensure optimal deliverability and inbox placement for everyone, we enforce strict guidelines. These rules are designed to protect the reputation of the platform and prevent illegal or harmful activity.

    To maintain a safe and effective service, certain practices are strictly prohibited. The following policy outlines what constitutes unacceptable use of Dhesend.

    We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time if you violate any of these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to work with you before taking such actions, depending on the situation. Please note that refunds will not be issued for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy or for partial quota usage after emails have been sent.

  1. Sending Statistics Requirements

    In addition to complying with content guidelines, your email sending must adhere to the following performance thresholds:

    • Complaint rate: Must be below 0.08%.
    • Bounce rate: Must be below 4%.

    If your complaint or bounce rates exceed these limits, your account may be suspended without warning.

  2. Prohibited Uses

    You may only use Dhesend for lawful purposes and in accordance with our terms. You agree not to use our service for:

    • Spamming: Sending unsolicited, mass, non-personalized messages without consent.
    • Pornography: Sharing or distributing pornographic content.
    • Phishing: Sending fraudulent emails to steal personal information.
    • Malicious Content: Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
    • Harassment: Using our service to harass, intimidate, or threaten others.
    • Illegal Activities: Engaging in any activity that violates the law.
    • Overloading the Service: Attempting to disable, overburden, or damage the service.
    • Unauthorized Access: Gaining unauthorized access to any systems related to Dhesend.
    • Impersonation: Pretending to be a company representative, another user, or any other entity.
    • Exploitation: Exploiting or attempting to harm minors by exposing them to inappropriate content.
    • DoS Attacks: Engaging in denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks.

    If you become aware of any violations, please report them immediately to support@dhesend.com.

  3. Prohibited Sending Content

    You agree not to send emails containing the following content:

    • Illegal goods or services.
    • Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
    • Content that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other local laws.
    • Escort services or adult services.
    • Pharmaceutical products (without legal approval).
    • Gambling-related services or products.
    • Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes.
    • “Get rich quick” opportunities or unsubstantiated financial claims.
    • Credit repair, debt relief, or similar services.
    • Short-term payday loan services.
    • List brokers or renting email lists.
    • Buying or selling social media followers/likes.
    • Any content that could harm the reputation of Dhesend or negatively impact deliverability.
  4. Acceptable Mailing Lists

    You may only send emails to recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from you. If you send to unsolicited recipients, you must:

    • Include a valid address and company name.
    • Clearly disclose why you are contacting the recipient.
    • Provide an easy and clear method for recipients to opt-out (unsubscribe) within 7 days.
    • Ensure your emails offer value to the recipient.
    • Use business or organizational email addresses, rather than personal addresses.
    • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection laws.
  5. Prohibited Account Usage

    Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent any quotas, limits, or policies imposed by Dhesend is strictly prohibited.
